After dealing with a lot of heart ache when a short sale deal fell through on our dream house, we started looking for a new realtor with exceptional local knowledge of real estate on the coast. We met David at an open house we visited and hit it off. He is wonderfully charming, bubbling with positivity and totally down to earth. He won us over immediately and we began working together shortly after. David spent several weekends looking at houses with us but really shined when he called regarding a house that just hit the market that he thought we should see right away.
