David has been ranked in the Top 2% of agents at the coast and is a seasoned sales professional with over 20+ years in the real estate, hospitality, travel and tourism industries. He has been fortunate enough to live in many amazing cities such as San Francisco, Seattle, Las Vegas, Washington DC, Chicago, Paris France and Lake Tahoe. He and his partner now call Northern California home and enjoy EVERYTHING about living Coast Side.
David is also a graduate of APR’s “Masters Training Program”, an extensive program created to further enhance the skills and knowledge base of a licensed Real Estate professional in the state of California. Due to his success in selling the local coastside market the “Masters Program”, David now teaches newer agents on the importance of great client services and an accurate “CMA” – Competitive Market Analysis”.
In his free time, David is very active with a number of local charities and volunteers with a non-profit Sr. Dog Rescue called Muttville (a rescue for dogs over the age of 7 years old, otherwise considered harder to adopt). In fact, a donation is made for every home David helps someone buy or sell and is donated directly to Muttville or a charity of his clients choosing. Community involvement and supporting local charities are paramount to David.
